HOW MUCH CAN I CLAIM?

The amount of compensation awarded differs from case to case, so we can't tell you exactly how much compensation you would receive. There are a number of factors which determine how much compensation you could be entitled to like:

  1. The severity of the injury

  2. How long the injury lasts

  3. Whether or not a financial loss has been suffered
A finanical loss could mean treatment costs, or income you have lost as a result of you not being able to work.
